About Us

Zà-Tours is based in Antananarivo. We have proven ourselves to be one of the main local ground-handlers after almost 20 years in the tourism-industry in Madagascar. We specialize in arranging good-for-value customized tours for couples, honeymoons, families and groups of any size up to 14 like-minded participants at competitive rates. Our dedicated staff have the experience and expertise to create a dream holiday by ensuring your time with us is fun whilst combining wildlife encounters and fine beaches without compromising on culture and sceneries. Zà-Tours is an active member of the Association of Madagascar’s Tour Operator (TOP) and GO TO association, both of which work to bring together travel companies and organizations interested in spreading sustainable activities and ethical practices within the local travel industry. Sustainable and responsible tourism have been parts of Zà-Tours vocabulary since its inception in 1997. In so doing, we use accommodations pursuing environmental-sound policy, which provides good working conditions to the employees and the use of local farm products. Furthermore, Zà-tours encourages and support conservation projects by local communities in areas visited by our clients. Championing eco-tourism, we incorporate the visit of national park areas in the program of most of our clients. And last but not least, we promote and use when possible locally and family-run hotels rather than large corporate chain hotels. This policy aims to make money go and stay directly to the local business people.
